I ate a vegan sausage roll today 06/02/19 at 13:10 and a feta and slow roasted tomatos pasta around 1:35 with a orange juice. I started feeling a strong stomachache and barfing around 5pm and vomiting the first time around 6pm, went home and started really nauseous on the bus and tube so vomited again, while having nausea I had a really strong headache, then getting home 45 minutes later vomited again and nausea and headache hasn’t stopped, now is 21:35. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain
