Tepid Sausage Roll Illness - Greggs, Loughborough England

Had a sausage roll on Wednesday 3rd Jan 24 about 11.30am. It was tepid. Felt bad Wednesday night. Early hours Thursday morning had to rush to the loo and have really been off since! It's now Monday 8th! Could bear to eve look at food for 2 days. Could only hold down basic fluids - tea qith sugar no milk or very strong squash. Have been able to eat toast for 2 days but crave salts so having marmite on plain toast. Bad stomach cramps, diarrhea like water | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
