Veg Bake, Cookie Illness

I had a vegetable bake and a milk chocolate cookie at around 2pm yesterday (12/11/18) Within an hour and a half I had intense nausea, stomach cramps and dizziness. I was sick several times over the next few hours and had diarrhoea also.
