- comments: noted the outside grease container and surrounding were not maintained, with a thick layer of grease on top of the grease container and grease covering the ground in front of the receptacle. Instructed to remove all grease on the exterior of the container, detail clean, and maintain the grease container and its surrounding. Priority foundation #7-38-020(b). Citation issued.
57. All food employees have food handler training
- comments: observed multiple expired food handler certificates. Instructed management that all food handlers must provide valid training proof and keep certificates on site.
60. Previous core violation corrected
- comments: previous core violations from 2/25/2022 report #2552264 not corrected: violation #10 (6-301. 14) observed no hand washing signage at the bar and prep area hand sink. Must provide. Violation #39 (3-307. 11) observed no splash guard at the hand sink next to the 3-compartment sink where equipment and utensils are being air dried. Must install durable splash guard at hand sink. Violation #51 (5-205. 15) observed two hand-washing sinks in the men's bathroom. The water temperature at the hand sink on the left side was reading at 86. 0f. Must maintain water temperature at 100. 0f. Must correct previous core violations. Priority foundation 7-42-090. Citation issued.
