- comments: observed one of the toilets out of order due to missing pieces in the women's handicapped stall in the washroom. The three stalls are shared with the other four restaurant employees located inside the mart. Instructed to repair and utilize the other two stalls in the women's restroom. Priority foundation violation #7-38-030(c). Citation issued.
