Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
Suspected source: Ate a chicken burger with avocado and lettuce. They forgot cheese and tomato. Burger very dry. Also had a chocolate milkshake which tasted off (also sweet potato fries).
Onset: Right away
Duration: 4 to 12 hours
