- comments: previous core violation not corrected from 10-2-2020, report #2401946. #35-noted raw chicken in water inside the prep sink thawing. Manager stated that the chicken was thawing. Discussed with management the different thawing methods of food:- either under cold running water or inside the refrigeration unit. Product temperature was adequate at the time. #47-noted torn rubber gasket inside at door of upright refrigeration unit at the rear. Instructed to detail repair and maintain and/or replace. #53-noted the bathroom door at the rear food prep area not self closing. Instructed to provide a self closing device at the door and maintain #53-noted wash rooms on premise with garbage receptacles and no lids. Instructed to provide trash cans with lids at all women wash rooms and unisex wash rooms. Priority foundation. 7-42-090. No citation issued.
