- comments: observed no soap at hand washing sinks in boys second floor washroom. Instructed manager to provide soap at hand washing sink for proper hand washing. Priority foundation 7-38-030(c)

- comments: observed no attached metal drainboard on 3-compartment sink. Instructed manager to provide drainboard to properly air dry food equiment and utensils.

- comments: observed leaking faucet on 3-compartment sink. Instructed manager to repair and maintain.
53. Toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, & cleaned
- comments: observed no covered receptacles in first floor teacher lounge and second floor unisex staff washroom. Instructed manager to provide covered receptacles in all women and unisex washrooms.

- comments: previous core violaton not corrected from report #2592661 on 4-12-24:55-must repair or replace missing,loose and damaged wall bases in prep areas , serving line & lunch room,broken floor tiles behind oven and front serving line. 55-must scrape chipping paint on upper walls and ceilings in lunch room,underneath rear hand sink and paper storage area/office to be smooth and easily cleanable.
