Inspectors found significant food safety violations related to cold food temperatures. Tofu, cream cheese, shelled eggs, and cooked noodles were being held above the required cold holding temperature of 41°F, and about 100 pounds of food valued at $500 was discarded. Inspectors also found that a refrigerator was operating at 57°F, which is too warm for safe cold storage. Citations were issued for these significant violations.

Additional findings included one dead cockroach near a refrigerator in the main prep area, heavy grease on the outside of cooking equipment, and grease buildup on floors under equipment and along walls and corners in the prep and dishwashing areas.
