- comments: observed wiping cloths stored on top of food preparaton tables in rear kitchen area. Must properly store wiping cloths in a sanitizing solution when not in use.

- comments: observed ice scoops stored on top of front counter. Must properly store ice scoops in a clean container to prevent contamination.
53. Toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, & cleaned
- comments: no covered waste receptacle provided in the women's washroom. Must provide.
56. Adequate ventilation & lighting; designated areas used
- comments: observed heavy dust build up on ventilation vents in customers washrooms. Must clean and maintain.
60. Previous core violation corrected
- comments: previous core violations not corrected from report#2285715 on 4/24/2019 #56 clean the ventilation hood and filters. #49 clean the interior of the deep fryers. Priority foundation violation 7-42-090.
