- comments: observed a leaky pipe underneath the hand sink in the wash room, also noted leaks at the faucet fixtures at the 3 comp sink. Must repair and maintain.
53. Toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, & cleaned
- comments: observed the washroom door not self closing. Must provide and maintain a self closing device.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed a wooden floor inside the walk in cooler. Must seal, must be smooth and easily cleanable.
