- comments: leak at the base of the middle faucet knob on the right sink on the 3-compartment sink. Instructed to fix leak and maintain good plumbing.

- comments: found the vents and ceiling tiles in the toilet room with dirt/dust build up. Instructed manager to have tiles and vents cleaned and maintain.
