- comments: observed a 1 inch gap at the bottom of the front entrance door; instructed to seal gap at bottom of the door.

- comments: observed the exterior surfaces of the bulk storage containers under the prep table not clean; clean and maintain. Observed the interior bottom of the fryers not clean; instructed to clean to remove grease.

- comments: found no running hot water at the three comp sink or the exposed handsink in the washroom; instructed to provide and maintain at all times. Priority foundation violation 7-38-030(c) issued.

- comments: observed the faucet at the utility sink not completely over sink basin and water runs on the floor when faucet is turned on; instructed to adjust faucet or basin.
