- comments: interior of the ice machine is in need of cleaning. Instructed to clean and maintain.

- comments: must remove all dry foods from storage under waste water lines in the dry food storage room or provide a ceiling above stored foods.

- comments: top of the dishwashing machine noted with dirt and debris. Must clean and maintain.
51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: instructed to install backflow prevention devices on the ice machine and the utility mop sink where a hose was noted attached.

- comments: extremely low hot water pressure in both men's and women's washrooms next to the dining room. Must increase hot water pressure. Leak under the scraper sink into a bus pan at the dish washing machine. Must repair. ----unknown, unnecessary plastic attached to the nozzle of the kitchen hand washing sink. Must remove to be smooth and cleanable.

- comments: peeling paint on the wooden window sill above the kitchen prep table. Must remove/reseal. ----all raw wood used as braces for the kitchen 2 & 3 compartment sinks must be seal and nonabsorbent. ---cracked/damaged wall tile at the three compartment sink. Must replace. ----blackened/moldy wall caulking at the dish machine. Must replace.
