- comments: 6-501. 112 clean the dead cockroaches inside of the electrical control box for the dish washing machine and on top of the dish washing machine.

- comments: 4-602. 13 clean and delime the interior and exterior of the high temperature dish machine.
51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: 5-205. 15 repair the cold water handles for the exposed hand washing sinks in the food prep and dish washing area.
56. Adequate ventilation & lighting; designated areas used
- comments: 6-303. 11 observed inadequate lighting in the dish washing area and several lights that are out in the food prep area and outside of the walk-in cooler. Management instructed to provide adequate lighting in all food prep and ware washing areas.
59. Previous priority foundation violation corrected
- comments: 8-404. 13(b)(3) previous priority foundation violation from report #2613341 on 3/7/25 not corrected: 38 - observed live roaches in the food prep area. Observed 10 live cockroaches inside the electrical control box above the dishwashing machine. Also observed 1 live small flying insect on the wall of the food prep area. Additional pest control service is needed to eliminate the pest activity in all areas. Priority violation 7-42-090. Citation issued.
