- comments: observed no handwashing signage at prep area handsinks. A sign or poster that notifies food employees to wash their hands shall be provided at all handwashing sinks used by food employees and shall be clearly visible to food employees. Instructed to provide.

- comments: noted splash guard at hand sink in the middle of table at east prep area, instructed to install.
48. Warewashing facilities: installed, maintained & used; test strips
- comments: observed no irreversible test strips/testing device on site to adequately measure the utensil surface temperature (160f) after the final rinse for high temp dish machine. Instructed to provide. Priority foundation violation #7-38-005.
