- comments: must defrost and clean the interior of the deep freezers to remove ice build up and debris.

- comments: observed the faucet base at the 3 comp sink with a leak. Must repair and maintain.
54. Garbage & refuse properly disposed; facilities maintained
- comments: observed the outside garbage dumpster area not maintained. Noted lids open due to overflowing of garbage, which allows possible food source for pests. Must keep lids closed and area maintained at all times. Priority foundation citation issued #7-38-020(b).
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: must clean the light sheilds in the service area to remove dead flies. Floors need cleaning along the wall base and in corners to remove spills and/or debris.

- comments: observed grease in the hood above the cooking equipment. Must clean and maintain.
