8. Hands clean & properly washed
- comments: observed the cook use his hands to move the garbage can and then proceeded to cook and prepare eggs without washing their hands and changing gloves. Instructed manager to ensure employees wash hands when there is a possible source of cross-contamination. The manager instructed the employee to wash their hands, change gloves, and discard the eggs being prepared. Priority violation 7-38-010 citation issued.

60. Previous core violation corrected
- comments: observed previous core violations not corrected within specified timeframe report #2583646 dated october 19 2023 instructed facility to: #47 remove cardboard being used as liners in storage area, #55 hang mops when not in use #57 ensure all employees show valid proof of food handler training, and to #58 ensure that all city of chicago certified food managers have food allergen training. Observed cardboard being used as shelving for chemicals and shoes in basement, observed mop stored in bucket and not in use, observed expired food handler certificates, and observed city of chicago certified food manager with no food allergen training. Priority foundation violation 7-42-090 citation issued.
