- comments: observed employees' food on various surfaces throughout the kitchen/ prep area. Noted food on tray in dish area, on rack outside of office and on table between service line and kitchen. Instructed to provide designated areas for consuming food and beverages.

- comments: observed evidence of pest activity. Noted approx. 10 droppings in kitchen office behind safe and on side of large filing cabinet and on side of desk and 10 droppings along the walls near rear exit in kitchen. Instructed to remove all droppings. Clean and sanitize affected areas. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a). No citation issued.

- comments: noted large 3 lid outdoor receptacle with no lid for middle compartment. Instructed to replace and maintain tight fitting lids. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(b). No citation issued.
