- comments: observed no hand washing signs at hand washing sinks in dishwashing and washroom areas. Instructed manager to provide hand washing signs at all hand washing sinks used by employees.

- comments: observed cooked catfish stored and displayed for service at improper temperature 123. 5f on hot holding unit. Instructed manager to discard approximately 3lbs and $10 of product. All hot food shall maintain 135f or above during preparation, storage, display and service. Priority 7-38-005 citation issued.
