Hibachi Chicken Illness Suspected - Hibachi, Chillicothe Ohio

We ordered chicken and steak hibachi with noodles which came with salad and soup. Approximately 4 hours later, patient experienced intense heartburn and nonstop vomiting for almost two full minutes. The vomit contained what appeared to be blood. The heartburn continued after the vomiting and the patient’s sinuses were blocked due to bile. Blowing their nose resulted in a large amount of mucus and some blood. The other person ate steak hibachi with noodles and did not eat the salad or soup and experienced no symptoms. Therefore, suspected source of illness either chicken, salad, or soup. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills, Heartburn, Bile, Mucus in Stools
