Buffet Illness: Headache, Nausea - Buffet, Crystal Lake Illinois

My girlfriends parents eat at this place every Saturday for the lunch buffet special. We join them occasionally but I've never eaten much due to appetite and heart problems. The last time we went I had been cleaning all morning so I was very hungry. My first plate was pepper chicken with honey chicken, fried rice and a handful of the Carb Rangoon's. Second plate was beef that I hardly ate because I could hardly cut it with a knife and more rangoons. I finished with some ice cream and their moca cake. I was happy with the experience overall until about 3 hours later when I got a horrible headache! That was Saturday evening. It's now Wednesday afternoon and my stomach is still a total mess. I've hardly eaten or used the bathroom in 5 days! I've lost 5lbs! I will NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Other, Headache
