- comments: observed rear garage lift door not rodent proof in the far-right corner. Instructed to provide and maintain in order to prevent pest entry.

- comments: observed evidence of pest activity on premise during time of inspection. Noted 21 small, 1 large live cockroaches in production area by large tank, approximately 50 small rodent droppings scattered alonside wall where handsink is located, on prep table shelving by conveyors and inside office/ storage surrounding refrigeration unit along wall where empty cans are stored , and 10 small live flies flying throughout production and prep space. Must eliminate pest activity on site and maintan. Priority foundation violation. 7-38-020 (a). Citation issued.

- comments: observed working ingredients stored on floor in rear production /storage. Instructed to elevate at least 6 inches off floor and maintain.

- comments: observed receptacles located inside unisex toiletrooms without a covering. Instructed to rpovide and maintain

- comments: observed excessice clutter in space where 2 door cooling unit as well as mop sink are located, and basment/storage. Insructed to organize, remove unnecesary items and maintain premise
