Cancun Hotel Buffet Illness - Buffet, Cancún Quintana Roo

Food caused it  We strictly ate at this place. The buffet, Japanese, Mexican & Italian restaurants. We did eat a lot of fruit and salads. No seafood was consumed. 3 days were fine, day 4 fever, stomach cramps diarrhea, chills, lethargy, nausea. Nothing has helped. I barely made the flight home back to the US last night. I’m still sick today is day 3. I’ll never visit this again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Cramps, Chills
