- comments: observed an inaccessible handwashing sink at the front prep area. There bowls and utensils stored inside the mentioned sink. Instructed to maintain all handwashing sinks so that it is accessible at all times for employee use. All items were removed at this time. Priority foundation 7-38-030(c), citation issued

- comments: observed no handwashing signs at the handwashing sink in the front and rear prep area. Instructed to provide and maintain.

- comments: observed no soap at handwashing sink in the front prep area. Instructed all handwashing sinks must be equipped with handwashing soap at all times. Soap was provided before the end of the inspection. Priority foundation 7-38-030(c), consolidated with above citation

- comments: observed no consumer advisory disclosure or reminder on online menu for use raw and undercooked foods (eggs). Also, observed digital menu missing reminder (*) on the food items and disclosure. Instructed to disclose which foods can be ordered "raw" or undercooked and link those foods with an asterisk (*). Must provide on all menus and maintain. Please see comments for proper verbiage. Priority foundation-7-38-005, no citation issued
44. Utensils, equipment & linens: properly stored, dried, & handled
- comments: observed kitchen and table ware not properly stored. Found in the front and rear prep/dishwashing area spoons, forks, and serving utensils not inverted. Instructed to invert and maintain.
48. Warewashing facilities: installed, maintained & used; test strips
- comments: observed 1 missing sink stopper for the three compartment sink. Instructed to provide and maintain.
51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: unable to locate backflow prevention device for ice machine in the rear prep dishwashing area. Instructed to make device visible, or get a backflow prevention device installed on ice machine and maintain.
