- comments: observed no hand washing signs or posters near hand washing sinks in food preparation areas and dish area. Must provide hand washing signage and maintain.
22. Proper cold holding temperatures
- comments: observed improper cold holding temperatures of tcs foods inside rear walk-in cooler. Observed fresh chicken at 49. 9f, eggrolls at 48. 5f. Manager immediately and voluntary discarded approximately 40# of food worth $280 priority violation 7-38-005, citation issued.
23. Proper date marking and disposition
- comments: observed inside rear walk-in cooler prepared and ready to eat tcs foods such as cooked chicken and eggrolls not properly date labeled with an expiration date no longer than 7 days. Observed no dates at all. Food discarded approximately 30# of food worth $60. Priority foundation violation 7-38-005, citation issued.

- comments: observed ice scoops tored on top of ice bin. Must properly store ice bins in a clean container to prevent contamination.

- comments: observed missing sink stoppers for the dishwashing 3-compartment sink. Must provide adequate working sink stoppersand maintain.
51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: additional water pressure needed in the exposed hand washing sink located next to 3-compartment sink.
53. Toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, & cleaned
- comments: observed no covered waste receptacles inside customers washrooms. Must provide and maintain.
60. Previous core violation corrected
- comments: previous core violations not corrected from inspection report#2572845 on 03/20/2023. Violations #37 3-302. 12all bulk food containers, including spice containers on the cooks line, must be labeled with the product common name. #41 prep area wiping cloths must be held in a container with a sanitizing solution. #43 cooks line knives improperly stored between the prep coolers. Must properly store. #45 all stored items throughout the facility, under cooks line, throughout dining room storage, must be elevated from the floors to enable cleaning and monitoring. #47 must not use plastic grocery bags or cardboard boxes as food containers throughout all coolers and freezers. Plastic food containers must be food grade disposable bags or washable containers. #54 must not store used cardboard and bucket of grease outside the rear exit door in the parking garage. Priority foundation violation 742-090, citation issued.
