- comments: observed waste water pipes above clean dish and equipment storage located inside the storage closet next to the office in the basement. Must provide a waterproof encasement for the sewer pipes or relocate items away from pipes.

49. Non-food/food contact surfaces clean
- comments: observed dirt and debris inside the 2-door prep cooler in the basement. Must clean and maintain.

50. Hot & cold water available; adequate pressure
- comments: found no hot water available at any plumbing fixture. Hot water ranging from 80f-85f. Instructed management to provide a sufficient supply that meets peak hot water demands throughout the establishment. Priority violation 7-38-030(c). Citation issued.

51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: observed the womens washroom handwashing sink slow draining. Observed the 1-compartment prep sink slow draining. Must repair both and maintain.

56. Adequate ventilation & lighting; designated areas used
- comments: observed burned-out light bulbs inside the ventilation hood and in the basement dry storage area. Must replace all burned-out lights and maintain adequate lighting in said areas.
