- comments: observed no ambient air thermometers inside the reach in coolers and display coolers. Instructed to provide.

- comments: observed a small 1/4" gap at the bottom of the entrance door. Instructed to provide/replace seal/door-sweep to provide a tight-fitting seal to prevent the entry of pests.
39. Contamination prevented during food preparation, storage & display
- comments: observed improper storage of food items, such as cases of water and 2-liter soda pops, stored on the floor throughout the facility and storage areas. Instructed to store properly by elevating at least six inches from the floor on raised shelving units.

- comments: observed cardboard used on the floor thorughout facility. Instructed to remove.

- comments: observed milk crates being used as shelving throughout the facility, rear storage areas and in the basement. Instructed to remove and provide shelving that is 6" from the floor and provides floor accessibility to ensure adequate facility cleaning.

- comments: observed the interior of the reach in coolers in the rear stroage area in need of cleaning. Instructed to clean.

- comments: observed employee washroom handwashing sink without a waste receptacle with cover. Instructed to provide.

- comments: observed clutter and unused/broken equipment stored on floor in rear storage area and in the basement area. Instructed to remove all unused articles and equipment to prevent pest harborage.
