- comments: observed small gap at the bottom of front entry door about 1/4 inch. Instructed to repair as a means of preventing possible pest and or insect activity.

- comments: observed all cutting boards in need of replacement. Instructed to replace all.

- comments: observed the shelving in the walk in cooling unit in need of a detail cleaning. Instructed to clean and maintain.

- comments: observed the inside of the walk in cooling unit and the freezer floor in need of a detail cleaning. Instructed to clean both and maintain.

- comments: observed the one compartment sink in the food prep area with a loose faucet and a small leak as well as observed a loose faucet and small leak at the base of the faucet. Instructed to repair and maintain.

- comments: observed toilet room in need of a trash can with a lid. Instructed to obtain.

- comments: observed floor throughout rear, dish washing area and front food prep/service in need of a detail cleaning. Instructed to clean and maintain all areas.
