- comments: found no city of chicago sanitation manager on-premises while handling tcs foods. (handles pizza, chicken, etc. )priority foundation. Citation issued. 7-38-12. Must provide.

3. Management, food employee and conditional employee; knowledge, responsibilities and reporting
- comments: found no employee health policy at premises. Priority foundation. No citation issued. 7-38-010. Must provide.

5. Procedures for responding to vomiting and diarrheal events
- comments: found no vomit and diarrheal cleanup procedure with spill kit. Priority foundation. No citation was issued. 7-38-005. Must provide.

10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: found no paper towels by hand sinks at customer restrooms. Also, no paper towels at hand sinks by basement dishwashing/preparation areas. Priority foundation. Citation issued. 7-38-030c must supply all hand sinks with hand drying devices /working hand dryers. Paper towels were supplied to all hand sinks by the end of the inspection.
