Italian Buffet Illness Alert - Hotel, San José del Cabo Baja California Sur

3 out of 7 family members got food poisoned at this resort. My 70 year old father-in-law and 9 year old daughter ended up with diarrhea, fever, and stomach pain for 3 days after eating at their Italian restaurant. Zero regards for food safety. My 6 year old daughter vomited on the spot at the buffet. The cream in one of their desserts was spoiled. I reported it to management and they basically blamed me for it. Now we are back in America and my wife and 6 year old daughter started with fever. I uploaded the photo as an example of one of the violations I saw. Their pork gyro is basically non-functional. The gyro doesn't spin. The burners are not on. Pork just sits there in 85 degree weather. She cuts it and cooks it in the round burner.
