IKEA Meal Causes Illness - IKEA Coquitlam, Coquitlam British Columbia

My 10 years old daughter and I went to IKEA on Aug 19, 2016 at 12:08pm. Had the following:
Food Items:
2x - Vegetable Medallions
2x - Garlic Toast
1 - Coffee
1x - Chicken Rice Soup
1x- Kid's Mead (Meatballs and Fries)
1x - Ice Tea

We had nausea and/or vomiting, headache, diarrhea, stomach cramps, high fever, abdominal pain, aching muscles, hives in my whole body for 2 days.

This lasted from Aug 19 -Aug 28, more than a week.

The most funniest thing is IKEA called and offer me a FREE meal when I come back the next time. :( | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache, Stomach Pain, Joint Pain, Constipation
