- comments: 8-404. 13(b:3) observed previous priority foundation violation not corrected from inspection report #2591485 dated 3/22/24; 54 - 5-501. 15 observed a missing/broken lid on the outside garbage dumpster, and outside garbage dumpster lids were not closed and were tight fitting. Instructed to replace the outside garbage dumpster lid and maintain all outside garbage dumpster lids to remain closed at all times. Priority violation. Citation issued 7-42-090.
