I was in Vegas for my birthday and had a great week. At the end of the week we went to my favorite restaurant and I had a double double, fries, coke, and milkshake. My husband and I ate the exact same meals all day except I got lettuce on my burger and he had water and I had a coke. I'm pretty sure the lettuce was contaminated or it was my drink. Just a few hours after eating I got all the symptoms mentioned:( It was so tragic to happen at my favorite restaurant:( | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
