- comments: observed more than 25 small flies throughout the facility, including in the main bar area, the basement, the dish room, the dining room, and the kitchen. Instructed manager to minimize small fly activity. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(a) citation issued.

- comments: observed outside dumpster receptacle filled past capacity with lids unable to close. Instructed manager to ensure lids are closed and tight fitting. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(b) garbage truck picked up garbage. Citation issued.
