- comments: observed insufficient hot water temperature at hand washing sinks in main building first floor girls (88. 5f), first floor boys (88. 1f), second floor girls (83. 1f), second floor boys (86. 7f). Observed insufficient hot water temperature at hand washing sinks in demountable (c) building at right sink in boys washroom (46f), all gender pre-k washroom (72. 5f), girls washroom near room 123 (88. 3f). Instructed manager to provide at least 100f water at all hand washing sinks. Priority 7-38-030(c)
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed over 100 mice droppings scattered on cardboard boxes of apple sauce, plastic lines, etc on toilet tissue and floor under shelving units in dry food storage and office areas, on floor along walls and corners behind table, chairs and locker in corner near double exit doors in lunchroom, on floor along walls behind file cabinets in corners oflunchroom. Instructed manager to call an exterminator for service, clean and sanitize all areas. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a)

- comments: observed no covered receptacle in girls and unisex washrooms in annex building. Instructed manager to provide.

- comments: observed dumpsters not covered in outside garbage area. Instructed manager to cover all dumpsters with tight-fitting lids. Priority foundation 7-38-020(b)

- comments: previous core violations not corrected from report #2572642 on 3-16-23:10-must adjust faucet handles to stay on longer in main building-1st & 2nd fl. Boy's & girl's, pre-k 133-teachers. 38-observed a gap along bottom of lunch room door and kitchen delivery door. Must make doors tight fitting. 53-must provide a lid for garbage can in teacher's toilet room near pre-k room 133. 55-must repair or replace stained ceiling tiles in pre-k 125, damaged floor tiles in lunch room, pre-k 125 closet. Loose wall bases in pre-k 133 toilet room. Must scrape and paint chipping paint on ceiling in hallway of kitchen. Observed no ventilation above oven in kitchen if 75kw or more must install and maintain. Priority foundation 7-42-090
