Chicken Bowls Cause Illness - Hotel, Hilton Head Island South Carolina

My husband and I both had bowls with chicken, beans, beans, peppers, sour cream, cheese, lettuce, tomato, mild sauce on 7/18 at 4:30 pm. We also shared nachos and guacamole. We both started with stomach pain and nausea at 8pm which progressed to vomiting and diarrhea around 10 pm throughout night into the following day. (I had a margarita and my husband had a beer.) | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
