- comments: 3-compartment sink floor drain draining slowly. Instructed manager said floor drain must drain quickly.

- comments: basement floor cluttered. Instructed manager must elevate all items off floor or remove.

- comments: previous core violations from report #2386131 dated on 08/19/20 not corrected-#49 detail clean the interior and exterior of the prep coolers and prep tables of deep fryers and grill, interior of ice machine including the ice chute, shelf below the steam table and the storage shelf next to the slicing table, #55 clean the grease and food debris on the floor of both prep areas especially behind the cooking equipment and #56 clean the grease on the ventilation hood and filters.
