- comments: observed no written employee health policy on site for food employees working on site during this inspection. Instructed to provide and maintain a signed employee health policy for each employee as required. Priority foundation violation 7-38-010. (**see comments).
10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: observed no handwashing sink at front food serving line. Handwashing sink is needed in open food dispensing area. Instructed to provide a handwashing sink properly equipped with soap, hand drying and required signage. Priority foundation violation 7-38-030(c). (engineer was made aware at this time). (**see comments).
40. Personal cleanliness
- comments: observed employee with no hair restraint in the food prep area. Instructed to provide hair restraints for all employees in the food prep area.
51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: observed water leaking at drainpipe underneath the far right compartment of the dishwashing 3-compartment sink area. Instructed to repair plumbing leak and maintain.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed floors along the walls and in all corners of the kitchen prep and dry storage room in need for a detail cleaning and maintain.
56. Adequate ventilation & lighting; designated areas used
- comments: observed dim lighting inside the walk-in-cooler and walk-in-freezer. Instructed to provide brighter bulbs and maintain adequate lighting at all times.
57. All food employees have food handler training
- comments: observed a food handling employee without a food handler certificate. Instructed to show proof of training for all food handling employees and maintain as required.
