- comments: observed rodent activity on premises. Found 100 or more mouse droppings in the following areas: bottom of small prep table at the end of the cooking line, under grill next to the deep fryer, under the 1 comp sink on top of the bait box, on top of the grease receptor at the three comp sink, on the floor under the 3 comp sink, on the floor in the employee washroom and under the front service counter. Instructed to clean all areas and have pest control company service prior to reinspection next week. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(a) citation issued.
49. Non-food/food contact surfaces clean
- comments: instructed to clean the bottom areas of all cooking equipment and prep tables where needed. Clean exterior surfaces of cooking equipment.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed a hole at the base of the wall between the wall and floor behind the cooking equipment where the small prep table is located; seal hole. Observed a hole in the wall leading to the rear exit door; seal hole.
