We got a #13 regular with no dressing and no lettuce and a #13 bowl with everything added bacon. My wife vomited within 1 hour of eating 1/2 the sandwich and I began feeling not right after eating less than 1/3 the bowl - developing severe diarrhea all the next day. Wasn’t the lettuce, roll, bacon or dressing as we both didn’t eat those items. My guess is either the tomato or meats - | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
