Report date: Jun 13, 202516. Food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
- comments: prep table in rear deli area not clean to sight and touch. Observed food handler, opening and handling deli meat (ham) on unclean/soiled surface with debris and multiple soiled scouring pads noted on same surface. Bowl of lettuce also noted on soiled table. Ham and lettuce discarded at this time. Approx 5lbs, $75 value. Discussed with deli manager to have all prep tables/surfaces cleaned and sanitized before using. - comments: rolling carts, legs and wheels of all equipment in deli area not clean, excessive debris, grime. Instd to clean and maintain same

- comments: leak under handwash sink in deli prep area. Instd to repair and maintain

- comments: deli floor drains, floor under/behind equipment, along wallbase in entire deli area, and underneath bread racks in front of deli cases not clean, food debris, dirt, paper, etc. Instd to detail clean and maintain same
