- comments: no one on site with city of chicago sanitation certificate or certificate posted. Certificate and certificate holder must be on site with tcs food items are being cooked, prepped, served or held. Instructed manager to provide certificate and holder at all times. Priority foundation 7-38-012 citation issued.

- comments: observed long hair with no hair restraints at starbucks food prep area. Instructed all food handlers must have hair restraints at all times. Correct and maintain.

- comments: prep tables, food displays, and reach in coolers in need of detail cleaning to remove all food spills and build up. Instructed to detail clean and maintain.

- comments: observed drain line filled to top with run off of clear water in plumbing closet off bakery area. Drain must be open and free flowing. Drain in back room in need of repair with water at top of drain instructed to repair and maintain drains free flowing. Priority violation 7-38-030(c) citation issued

- comments: floor tiles in deli area in need of correcting. Grout need and broken tiles in need of replacing. Wastewater is accumulating in missing grout and in broken tiles. Instructed to correct and maintain.
