- comments: food containers are stored on the floor inside the dairy walk-in cooler. Must provide proper, raised shelving to store food containers 6' off the floor.

- comments: noted leaking between the drain board and 3 compartment sink (broken sim). Instructed to repair and maintain.

- comments: noted ice build-up on shelf inside the walk-in cooler of the bakery prep area. Instructed to repair the condensation unit and maintain it.

- comments: noted outside compactor leaking liquid food waste with wastewater and grime on floor underneath the compactor. Instructed to repair and maintain. Priority foundation violation #7-38-020(b). Citation issued.
