Ate Jewel (2940 n. Ashland, Chi., il.)Grilled chicken, baked potato wedges, deli old fashion Cole slaw, 9/3/23. Had 2 miller lite beers. Got ambulance hospitalized for 1 day. Ate the same,+ some fresh bought slaw a week later & the next morning, , abdomen pain. I buy no more slaw, (my culprit), from anywhere, anymore. Probably the mayo. Just saying!
