- comments: observed waste water sewage lines over the basement hallway where bulk produce is being stored. Also over the basement produce prep three compartment sink. Must remove stored produce or encase lines. Must encase sewage lines over the three compartment sink.
39. Contamination prevented during food preparation, storage & display
- comments: observed an excessive amount of waste water condensation dripping from an over head compressor in the chicken display cooler of the meat dept. Water dripping down into several pans of assorted seasoned chicken breasts and pork chops and pooling waste water in pans of chicken. Approximately 25 lbs of contaminated chicken and pork discarded with an estimated value of $50. 00. Display cooler tagged held for inspection and must not use until repaired and c. D. P. H. Contacted for re-inspection and tag removal. Priority foundation violation 7-38-005 citation issued.

- comments: all stored items throughout the 'bag' room located next to the customer washrooms and the bakery dept. Must be elevated from the floors.

- comments: missing window with exposed insulation in the swing door of the raw chicken room. Must replace/repair/seal exposed insulation.

- comments: must not use cardboard as liner for shelving in the bakery dept. Or on the raw egg display shelving.

- comments: leak on the water filter dripping onto the floor at the meat dept. Ice machine. Must repair. ----leak from wall piping onto the floor in the meat cutting room. Must repair.

- comments: observed maintenance tools improperly stored throughout facility such as soiled mops and brooms. Must store maintenance tools properly with soiled mops inverted at the mop sink.

- comments: large open crack on the cement floor of the deli walk-in cooler. Must seal. ----excessive pooling water on the floors of the meat dept. At ice machine, at walk-in freezers, throughout the basement. Must remove all pooling water and maintain dry floors. ----floors at the walk-in freezers with dirt and debris. Must clean and maintain.
56. Adequate ventilation & lighting; designated areas used
- comments: employees must not store personal belongings in the meat cutting room. Must provide proper storage area for employee personal belongings.
