- comments: 6-501.114 out c 07/29/2026 observed black soiled crates used for elevation throughout basement storage area as well as miscellaneous items stored in corner along side of chest freezers instructed to remove crates, provide smooth and easily cleanable surfaces to store items at least 6 inches off the floor and remove all unnecessary items. Must maintain premise.
