On several occasions between the month's of April 2022 and May 2022, my grandson and I were nauseous, had diarrhea, stomach aches/cramps, and vomited. I had no idea that it was the peanut butter that was causing our illness. Unfortunately the stomach issues were continuous with my grandson because he was eating the peanut butter everyday. My grandson took two peanut butter and grape jelly sandwiches (Jiff & Smuckers) to school, for lunch, on a daily basis. I ate peanut butter toast at least twice a week, while preparing breakfast and lunch for my grandsons and unfortunately was sick every time. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
