I got up took my kids to school . Went to work about 2:00 pm clocked out went to pick up my kids went and picked up my brother from work at 4:00 pm. He said I’m in the mood for this restaurant so I said let’s go he ordered two orders or Teriyaki chicken in a general soul and fried pork rice it was extra crispy near burnt didn’t ask why. Got home around 7 pm I started feeling weak and queezy. Then I feel like I had to vomit . I sent him to get me ginger ale and saltine crackers . I could hold either down . I sent all night on the toilet and throwing up . When I did throw up it was parts of the teriyaki chicken. No matter what I did I couldn’t get comfortable to sleep and when I did I guess my diarrhea was uncontrollable cause I woke up in a pool of diarrhea. I though I was gone extreme sick. I verified it was the restaurnt because my brother was down stairs experiencing the same exact thing .. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Weakness
