- comments: observed the rear exit door open at this time. Noted the exterior door in poor repair at the bottom(gaps & holes). Must repair(tight fitting) to prevent entry point for pests.

- comments: must clean the interior of the front display cooler to remove spills and/or debris.
51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: observed leaks at the 3 comp sink at the faucet base and at the sprayer base. Must repair and maintain.
53. Toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, & cleaned
- comments: observed the fixtures in the washroom in need of some cleaning.
